Lina Arras is a multidisciplinary designer and systems thinker with a background spanning operations, internal communication, workplace experience and visual design.

Driven by curiosity and a deep appreciation for clarity, Lina works at the intersection of learning design, communication and human-centered structure. The focus is on translating complexity into experiences that feel intuitive, thoughtful and accessible.

With experience across digital workplaces, leadership support, communication flows and creative production, the work combines strategic thinking with a strong visual and human perspective.

Creativity has always been a central thread — from graphic design, illustration and visual storytelling to textile art, public installations and hands-on experimentation across multiple creative mediums.

This multidisciplinary approach shapes the way problems are approached: with curiosity, systems thinking and a belief that good design should not only look good, but help people understand, navigate and connect.
